Athlete-centred organisation management
The organisation,
built around
the athlete.
Not built around the fixture list.
Athra connects the people, teams, schools, clubs, coaches, performance, welfare and operations surrounding every athlete, in one connected sporting ecosystem.
The Athra model
One athlete. The whole organisation around them.
Every layer of the organisation holds a live connection to the athlete at the centre.
Emily Carter
U15 · Rugby + Netball · Athra Academy
One athlete. One connected sporting ecosystem.
The category difference
Not another club
management system.
Traditional platforms are organised around the fixture list. The athlete is the last row in the table. Athra inverts that. The athlete is the record everything else connects to.
Traditional club software
Athra
Performance, welfare, workload, teams, coaches, schools, organisation, communication, development. Every layer holds a live relationship to the athlete, not a row in a spreadsheet.

The athlete journey
Every athlete has a story.
Athra follows one athlete through the organisation. Same record at every stage. Pick a point in Emily’s journey.
Multi-organisation
Athletes don’t live in
one organisation.
Alex Morgan is a full member of a school and plays for a Saturday club. Traditional systems fragment that. Athra keeps each organisation’s view separate, and gives the athlete the connected one.

Workload
See the athlete.
Not just the team.
A coach sees their own team’s sessions. An athlete’s week is training, matches, school PE and a Saturday club, all at once. Athra combines them.

Safeguarding
Protecting athletes
is part of the platform.
Safeguarding is not a module bolted onto the side. It is the shape of the data: who relates to an athlete, and what each relationship is allowed to see.
- 01
Age-aware controls
What a young athlete can do, and what must route through a guardian, changes with age grade automatically.
- 02
Guardian relationships
Linked, verified guardian accounts. Minors without a linked guardian surface on an officer list.
- 03
Communication controls
Messaging to a young athlete is mediated. Coaches reach the guardian, not the child directly.
- 04
Welfare visibility
Incidents, HIAs and welfare notes are readable only by the athlete and authorised welfare staff.
- 05
Permissions
Every read is checked against the relationship. There is no blanket organisation-wide view of a record.
- 06
Cross-organisation
Welfare crosses to another organisation only by an explicit, revocable grant for one named athlete.
Safeguarding isn’t bolted on. It is designed into the organisation.
Multi-sport
One platform.
Multiple sports.
The athlete model, the roles and the safeguarding architecture are shared. The playing surface, the positions and the structure are the sport’s own.
15-a-side. The pack bound in the scrum (1–8) with 9 at the back of it, the backline stepping out through 10, 12 and 13, wings 11 and 14 level on opposite touchlines and 15 covering deep behind.
7-a-side. GS shoots from inside the attacking circle, with WA and GA wide on the attacking third line in front of it. C takes the middle; GD, WD and GK mirror them in defence, each position locked to its own thirds.
Same chrome, different sport
The navigation, the athlete record, workload and welfare are identical. The canvas, the position vocabulary and the toolset adapt to rugby or netball.
Additional sports · architecture
Rugby and netball are live today. The same model and safeguarding spine are built to carry further sports without a rebuild.
The organisation
Run the organisation.
Understand the athlete.
Leadership gets the whole organisation on one screen. The individual athlete behind any number is one tap away.

A connected view of the organisation, without losing sight of the people inside it. Only the figures the product actually holds, nothing invented.
