Delete your account
The fastest way is in the app. If you cannot get to it, use the request form below.
In the app
Open Profile and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm, and your account is deleted immediately. This is the fastest route, and the one we recommend.
If you are the only owner of a club, you will be asked to transfer ownership or delete the club first - deleting your account cannot leave a club with nobody in charge of it.
What is deleted
Your profile, date of birth, photos, messages, device tokens, notifications and preferences are permanently deleted.
What is kept
Payment records and safeguarding or medical records are kept for the periods stated in our privacy notice. Your identity on those records is replaced with a non-reversible reference, so they can no longer be linked back to you.
Can't use the app
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, tell us the email your account uses below. We reply from hello@athrasports.com, and we will act on a genuine request within 30 days. The same rules above about what is deleted and what is kept apply.
