For clubs

Run the whole club. Not five apps and a group chat.

Athra Sports is one system for members, teams, fixtures, selection, availability, subs records, safeguarding and club communication. Any club, any sport.

What a committee actually runs

Six jobs, one system

Most clubs do all of this already. The work is in keeping six separate places agreeing with each other.

Members and teams

One record per person, not one per spreadsheet

Everyone joins the club once, through an invite code, and stays on one record. Teams are built from that list, by age group or by squad, with a roster and squad depth behind each one.

  • Invite code
  • Teams by group
  • Rosters
  • Squad depth

Roles and permissions

Committee jobs, granted one at a time

Owner, head coach, assistant coach, physio, admin, player, parent. Admin is not a blanket key: each admin holds only the permissions you grant them, from teams to communications to finance.

  • Seven roles
  • Granted permissions
  • Owner-only controls

The season

Fixtures once, everywhere after that

Put the fixture list in and it drives the rest: availability requests to players, the selection board for coaches, the published team sheet, and the reminders that go out before kick-off.

  • Fixtures
  • Availability
  • Selection
  • Team sheets

Subs and money owed

Who has paid, by player, without asking

Membership products, a subs plan per player and a status view across the club. You can see where a club stands without opening a bank statement or chasing a treasurer for a list.

  • Membership products
  • Subs status
  • Per-player plans

Safeguarding

A posture you can describe to a parent

Parent accounts are approved before they see anything. Under-18s in a safeguarding-enforced club must have a guardian on file. Access to a child's record is enforced per record, on the server, not promised in a policy.

  • Parent approvals
  • Guardian on file
  • Per-record access

Comms

The club speaks, and it is on the record

Announcements, a club news feed, a gallery and team documents, all in the same place as the fixtures they refer to. Parents and players message coaches in a thread the club can see, not a personal number.

  • Announcements
  • Documents
  • Coach messaging

Beyond the season

The parts nobody volunteers for

Registration, welfare and handover are where a club loses its history. They are first-class here.

Registration

New members reviewed, not just collected

Registration comes to a review queue with a detail view per member, so the person responsible signs it off rather than a form landing in an inbox.

  • Review queue
  • Member detail

Player welfare

Minutes, load and injuries in one history

Match records carry minutes played. Squad workload and a per-player load view sit alongside injury and head injury assessment history, so a return-to-play decision has the record behind it.

  • Minutes played
  • Squad workload
  • Injury and HIA history

Handover

The club keeps the knowledge

Committees turn over every year or two. Teams, records, subs history and documents stay with the club rather than leaving on a departing volunteer's laptop.

  • Club-owned records
  • Role handover
