What to bring
A season, not a wish list
One fixture list, one age group or squad, and the thing that currently costs you the most time. That is enough. If your competition has a rule the system has not met yet, bring that too, because those are the calls worth having.
You do not need data prepared, a spreadsheet cleaned up or a decision made in advance. Nothing you show us is loaded anywhere permanent unless you ask for it.
