For schools

Run the sport programme.Every year group, every fixture, every parent.

The same club model, mapped onto a school programme: teams by year group, staff roles, fixtures across every side, parent visibility and safeguarding enforced per record.

What a programme needs

A school runs more teams than most clubs, with a duty of care that is not optional. Both facts shape the system.

Teams by year group

Every side you put out, on one list

Groups hold the teams: a year group, an age band, a sport. Under-13 A and B sit under the same group with their own rosters, and a pupil in two sports appears once, not twice.

  • Groups
  • Rosters
  • Squad depth

Staff roles

Department staff, coaches and volunteers, scoped

A head of sport holds the programme. Team coaches see their own squads. An administrator gets only the permissions you grant, from team management to communications. A physio records and sees injury and workload, and a parent sees only their own children.

  • Seven roles
  • Granted permissions
  • Scoped access

Fixtures across the programme

Forty fixtures a Saturday, one calendar

The whole programme's fixture list drives availability requests, selection and published team sheets, so a parent checking a Saturday sees the one their child is in.

  • Fixtures
  • Availability
  • Team sheets

Parent visibility

Parents see their own child, nobody else's

A parent account is approved by the school first, then shows that pupil's selection, availability, minutes and injury history. Access is enforced per record on the server, so there is no shared list to leak.

  • Approved accounts
  • Per-record access
  • One thread per family

Safeguarding

Not a policy page. A gate in the software

Under-18 accounts in a safeguarding-enforced school require a guardian on file before they can use the app. Email verification is enforced on new accounts. A parent waits for approval rather than browsing while pending.

  • Guardian required
  • Email verification
  • Approval queue

Welfare and load

Minutes and injuries follow the pupil

Match records carry minutes played, and squad workload plus a per-pupil load view sits next to injury and head injury assessment history. Selection and return to play use the same record.

  • Minutes played
  • Workload
  • Injury and HIA history

Same system

Nothing bolted on for schools

A school is a club with more teams and a stricter duty of care, so it gets the whole system rather than a cut-down version.

Fixtures, selection, availability, subs records, safeguarding, messaging, workload and injury records are the same eight modules a club runs. A school programme maps onto the same club model: teams, roles and fixtures. What changes is how many teams sit under a group, not the product underneath them.
