For parents

See your own child.Nobody else's.

Your account shows your child's fixtures, selection, minutes, injuries and subs. It shows nothing about any other child at the club, and that is enforced by the system rather than promised in a policy.

What you get

Four things, plainly

No dashboard to learn. Open it and your child's week is the first thing on the screen.

Your child

One screen per child

If you have three children at the club, you get three cards. Each one opens their fixtures, their selection, what they owe and their record. Nothing on that screen belongs to anybody else's child.

  • A card per child
  • Fixtures
  • Selection

Availability

Answer for them

When a coach asks who can play, you can answer on your child's behalf. That is one message you do not have to relay, and one less child chasing a phone they may not have.

  • Answer on their behalf
  • Before the coach chases

Minutes and injuries

How much they actually played

Minutes from each match, and the injury and head injury assessment history the club has recorded. If your child took a knock on Saturday, it is written down somewhere you can read it.

  • Minutes played
  • Injury history
  • HIA history

Messaging

One thread with the coaches

Messages about your child go in a thread the club can see, not to a coach's personal number. It is easier for you and it is the arrangement a club should be able to describe to you plainly.

  • One thread per child
  • Visible to the club

How access works

Why we say enforced, not private

Plenty of apps say your child's information is private. Here is what that means in this one, in plain words.

Your account is approved first

A parent who signs up waits for someone at the club to approve them. Until that happens you can see your own profile and nothing else. There is no window where a stranger who typed the club name has a look around.

The check is on the server, not the screen

When you open a child's record, the system checks that the child is yours before it hands anything over. Hiding a button is not security. Refusing the request is.

One child at a time

There is no team-wide list of medical records, no squad view of who owes what. Your child is your child, and the coach's view is a separate view built for a different job.

Under-18s need a guardian on file

In a club that has safeguarding enforcement switched on, a young player cannot use the app on their own until a guardian is attached to their account. The club decides when that applies. The software is what makes it stick.

Questions parents ask

Straight answers

Does the app handle subs money?

No. The app shows what your child owes and what has been recorded as paid, so you and the club are looking at the same number. How you settle it is between you and the club.

Can other parents see my child?

No. A parent account reaches its own children and nothing else.

What if I have children in two sports?

They stay one child on one record. The club runs more than one sport in the same system, so minutes and injuries do not split into two half-histories.

My child is old enough to have their own account

They can. They get their own view of availability, selection, team sheets and subs. You keep yours, and in a safeguarding-enforced club yours has to exist before theirs works.
