Questions about your club

Fixtures, selection, training times, fees and membership are run by your club, not by Athra. For anything about those, contact your club's coaches or administrators directly - they can see and change your club records, and we cannot.

Help with the app or your account

If you cannot sign in, something in the app is not working, or you have a question about your Athra account, email hello@athrasports.com. Tell us the email address you use to sign in, the device you are using, and what happened.

Safeguarding

To raise a concern about the safety or welfare of a child or adult at risk, email safeguarding@athrasports.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.

Privacy and your data

For questions about how your data is handled, or to exercise your data rights, email privacy@athrasports.com. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and why.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app, under Profile. If you can no longer sign in, use the account deletion request page.
