Athra is early. We are onboarding a small number of clubs and schools by hand so the rest of the system gets built around how they actually run.
The honest version
Free for your first full season
No trial clock, no card, no tier that quietly turns things off at the end of the month.
Athra is new. Founding clubs and schools use the platform free for their first full season, from the first fixture to the last.
Paid plans start when online subscription and instalment billing goes live. When that happens, founding clubs and schools get the price they signed up at, and a full season's notice before anything about it changes.
We are not publishing a price list yet, because putting a number on a page we have not tested with real clubs would be guesswork dressed up as a plan.

What we ask
Two things, and neither is money
A founding season is worth more to us as evidence than as revenue.
Tell us what is wrong with it. Not a formal report. A message when a screen does not match how your club works, when a coach gets stuck, when a parent asks you something the system should have answered. That is the whole point of a founding season.
Have one reference conversation. When the season is done and it has worked, we will ask you to speak to another club or school considering the same thing. One call, and you can say no if the year did not earn it.
Who this suits
Clubs and schools at any level
Coverage follows ambition, not league position.
One junior section or a full senior programme. A school running six fixtures a term or an academy running six a week. A single sport or every sport on the timetable. The system is the same, and so is the founding arrangement.
What it needs from you is a real season to run against. Founding works when the platform is carrying live fixtures, live selection and live records, not a sample set.
