Clubs
Coaches and the club physio
A player turning out for two age grades is the classic way load gets missed. Seeing the total in one place is the point of holding every team in one club record.

Module 07 - Workload
Workload is built from the minutes already recorded on match records, so it costs nobody an extra data entry job and it is not a guess.
What it does
Workload monitoring in professional sport is a whole department. In a club or a school it has to be a by-product of something people were already doing, or it does not happen at all.
Athra takes the minutes written on the match record and turns them into a picture across the season. Nobody fills in a second form. The coach gets a squad view, the physio gets the individual detail, and the player gets their own without asking.
Who it serves
Clubs
A player turning out for two age grades is the classic way load gets missed. Seeing the total in one place is the point of holding every team in one club record.
Schools
A school can at least see the load it is responsible for, and hold it against the same pupil record that carries their injuries and their match history.
Capabilities
Squad
One screen puts the squad's minutes side by side, so the player who has been on the pitch every week is visible before they break rather than after.
Player
Open an individual and the load picture breaks down against the matches it came from, rather than being a single figure nobody can question.
Own
A player reaches their own load from their own account. They do not need to ask a coach for it and they do not see anybody else's.
Roles
Squad-wide workload sits with the owner, the head coach, the assistant coach, the physio and an admin granted that permission. It is not a club-wide read.
The scope worth being clear about: this is load from minutes played in matches recorded in Athra. It is not training load from a wearable, and it cannot see a game your player had for someone else at the weekend. Within the club record it is accurate, and outside it we make no claim.
Founding clubs
Fifteen minutes, with the person building it. Record a match on the call and watch where the minutes land.
